A renovation to an existing 1960’s Will Onions house. We worked along side the owner to develop and expand upon the existing indoor/outdoor relationships, incorporating landscape elements to take advantage of the property’s 180° views of the north, east and south shores. The project was completed in three phases which added a new apartment, renovated an existing kitchen created a new bedroom suite.
