Monument Re’s relocation presented the opportunity to reimagine their workplace culture and create a brighter, more connected environment. The new full-floor design removes physical barriers and maximizes natural light, using clear-glass partitions to shape the 18-person boardroom and two smaller meeting rooms. These spaces maintain privacy while allowing daylight to flow throughout the office, enhancing comfort and energy.

Monument Re’s signature orange and deep blue appear as refined accents across furnishings and finishes, giving the space a cohesive identity without overwhelming its clean, modern aesthetic.

A standout feature is the transformed staff amenity area. Designed as a true destination—with an oversized island, premium appliances, and custom cabinetry—it offers a warm, inviting hub that encourages collaboration and makes coming into the office more appealing than working from home.
