Hamilton City, Bermuda
Designed in tandem with the LOM’s conference room renovations, LOM wanted to also improve their existing lobby space. E Se Studios developed this 3,000 sq.ft. renovation that provided a brighter and more welcoming experience for the Owner, their team and their clientele. The spaces are aligned on the central axis with an improved reception area, meeting spaces and formal waiting area. The large custom-built receptionist desk is placed as soon as you walk into building and the LOM logo is featured on a stunning marble and wood panel wall. The waiting area is marked by a carpet inlay with also delineates a built-in display for the Owner’s found objects. Mixture of stone, wood and brass materials provide a sophisticated palette. The two additional meeting spaces allow the Owner to receive and meet clients instantaneously and provides flexibility and privacy for their staff. The space also includes beautiful bright lighting throughout the lobby. A large circular light fixture breaks up the long space and provides a gathering space in front for the display case. The elevator interiors were refinished to match the same materials and the elevator lobby wall is refinished in a bright stone.
